Pleated Cape-Sleeve Gown

An evening gown featuring a stand collar with a deep V opening trimmed in crystals, and cape sleeves of fine pleats that fall from the shoulders. The fitted crepe bodice is cinched with a slim waistband above a sleek mermaid skirt that flares into a floor-length hem with a short train.
