For order placed direct from District 5 ,we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to stock dresses as well as special order dresses. Returns are for exchange or store credit only.

For custom orders, we cannot accept returns. If you experience an issue, please contact customer service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

District 5 does not process returns directly when purchased directly from designer. All returns are handled by the retailer from whom you purchased the item, and return policies vary depending on the retailer, item, and delivery location. Always check the Lyst product page or the retailer’s website for detailed return information before purchasing.

To return an item, follow the instructions included with your package or visit the retailer’s website to initiate the return. Return shipping costs depend on the retailer, some may cover them, while others may require you to pay. Refunds will be processed once the retailer receives the return, usually within a few business days. 

If you miss the return window, contact the retailer to check if exceptions such as partial refunds or store credit are possible.
